Our company relies on this Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. When a customer contacts us by email, our initial response is to assist getting technical support or customer service for the customer of the product that the customer purchased. However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a return or a cancellation may be processed.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

All courses are in PDF format.
All courses are in English and Ecomlad is not responsible for translating the content or the fact that the customer might want the courses in different languages.
All courses are automatically sent via the Receipt Email from Ecomlad. Customer can see and download their courses by accessing the Access your Purchases button. In case the customer does not see this option at first, we can also resend the courses again via email once notified.
Payment is instantly processed once the customer enters his details and completes the order. Additional courses are instantly billed once the customer chooses to add them to his order.
Ecomlad LLC cannot be held responsible for the fact that the customer doesn't see the additional prices of additional courses. These are shown as upsells and the pricing is displayed for each of them before being or not added to his order. In this way the customer knows exactly if he wants to add an additional course to his order.
The customer is fully responsible for the choices made - adding or not courses to his order - therefore Ecomlad LLC. cannot be held responsible for the fact that the customer "accidentally" buys a course which he does not want. Ecomlad Inc does not add unwanted products to his order therefore a refund is not possible in this case.
All of our courses are in PDF format therefore Ecomlad cannot be held responsible for the fact that the customer wanted video format. We do not offer video content and do nowhere do we state this information.
Ecomlad LLC. cannot be held responsible for the fact that after the purchase is made by the customer, he claims that the course is not as described or not as expected, not in depth. All courses have detailed description of chapters, in this way customers know what to expect before purchasing. Therefore a refund is not possible in these cases.
Ecomlad LLC. cannot be held responsible for the fact that the customer changes his mind about the purchase he just made. Once the payment is made, the courses are instantly delivered therefore a refund is not possible in this case.
Ecomlad LLC. cannot be held responsible for any payments made by family/siblings as account details, credit information, cvc, and email address are your own private and personal info and the customer is responsible for sharing these info with other people. These cases cannot be considered frauds if they are made with the customers credit card, ip location and personal email address.
Ecomlad LLC. cannot be held responsible for the fact that the customer claims that he is no longer interested in our courses or in dropshipping after purchasing the courses. If no interest is present then no purchase is made. However after the purchase is made there cannot be a refund for this reason.
Ecomlad LLC. cannot be held responsible for the financial status of the customer. Customers have total control over their purchases and can choose what to buy and if they can afford a product or not.
Ecomlad LLC. cannot be held responsible for other content or similar content available from other sources. We have no control over other peoples actions and what they do with our courses - create/edit other ones etc. Our courses and content are our own and we do not grant refunds based on similar information acquired from other sources.
All refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days.
Ecomlad has every incentive to keep customers happy by providing quality products and service. To promote customer satisfaction, our company reserves the right to reverse a sale, including but not limited to the following:
If a system/payment processor failure caused a double charge (applicable to courses)
If the customer purchased a membership but did not log in to use the subscription (applicable only to Ecomlad Winning Products Memberships)
If the customer provides a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized;
In order to comply with credit card industry rules, ACH industry rules, PayPal terms of service, U.S. law, and requests from verified US judiciary or law enforcement agents. Customers requesting serial or repeated returns may be blocked from making further purchases using the Ecomlad services.
If your refund request is granted by our sales team, the transaction will typically be processed within 10 days of receiving it. The refund for the net price of your claim will be processed through the same method as the original payment.
